Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the Company. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access or use the oren33 platform.

Account Eligibility

Oren33 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit copies of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
- Most recent bank statement (not older than 3 months) as proof of bank account ownership.
- A selfie with your identification document under certain circumstances.
The KYC verification process is typically completed within 24 working hours. All submitted documents are stored securely and protected in accordance with the oren33 Privacy Policy. Only one account is permitted per individual — attempts to register multiple accounts using the same or different identities constitute fraud and may be reported to the authorities.
Deposit & Withdrawal

- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified under the same member's name.
- Oren33 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a security measure.
- Funds deposited via promotional bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals involving funds suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means will be held pending the completion of an investigation.
All qualifying withdrawals that have passed the verification process will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 15 minutes. During peak hours, this may increase slightly but will not exceed 1 hour.
Bonuses & Promotions
Oren33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special offers for major sporting events. Each promotion has its own terms and validity period, clearly stated on the respective promotions page.
- Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering rounds) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements are typically between 5x and 15x depending on the bonus type.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Oren33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or arbitrage betting aimed at fulfilling rollover requirements without genuine risk.
- The bonus validity period is as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonuses that expire without the rollover requirement being fulfilled will be automatically forfeited.
- Oren33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Warning: The use of bots, automation tools, or betting strategies designed to abuse the oren33 bonus system is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Wagering Rules
All wagers placed on the oren33 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all betting details before confirmation. oren33 will not cancel confirmed wagers except under the following circumstances:
- A clear technical error has occurred on the oren33 system causing incorrect odds or results to be displayed.
- A match or event has been cancelled or postponed in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.
- There is evidence that odds have been manipulated from outside the oren33 system.
For Live Casino games, results announced by the dealer are final. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the time the relevant game took place. Video recordings of Live Casino game sessions are retained for 30 days for review purposes if required.
Wagers placed using funds obtained through unlawful means, or wagers involving coordination with other parties to manipulate outcomes, are strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
User Responsibilities
As an oren33 member, you agree to:
- Using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial purposes.
- Not sharing your account, password, or login credentials with any other party.
- Not using third-party software, bots, automation scripts, or any method that provides an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Not launching any cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or any actions that could compromise the security or stability of the oren33 platform.
- Notify oren33 immediately if you become aware of any suspicious or unauthorised activity on your account.
- Ensure all your account information is always accurate and up to date.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your oren33 account login credentials secure. This includes your password, PIN, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.
Oren33 will never ask for your account password via email, text message, or phone call. If you receive any communication requesting your login credentials on behalf of oren33, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a phishing attempt.
Oren33 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security. oren33 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Account Suspension & Termination
Oren33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Registering multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
- Under 18 years of age.
If an account is terminated due to a violation, oren33 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds in that account. If termination is made at the user's request and no violation is identified, any eligible fund balance will be returned upon completion of all verification processes.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The oren33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24/7, oren33 makes no guarantee that:
- The platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted at all times.
- Any errors or defects in the platform will be rectified within a reasonable timeframe.
Oren33 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. oren33's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Oren33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform's homepage at least 7 days before taking effect, except where changes are immediate due to security or legal reasons.
